Delete your Datum account or data

Datum (the studio practice app, listed as Datum Studio) is published by Consign IT Private Limited (Consign.Tech). Datum accounts belong to the people working at an architecture or design studio and are created by that studio’s owner. Here is how to have an account, or data about you, deleted.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Delete your account

  1. Ask your studio owner to remove you: in Datum, Studio → Team → your name → deactivate. You are signed out everywhere straight away.
  2. Or write to us at [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Datum account deletion” and your studio code (the first part of your studio’s address, e.g. ras in ras.datum.consign.tech). We confirm with the studio owner and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • your sign-in (email and password), remembered devices and active sessions;
  • the phones and browsers registered for your notifications;
  • your notification settings and your Telegram link, if you made one.

What the studio keeps

Tasks, notes, drawings, files and time records are the studio’s project records, not personal data, so the studio keeps them after your account is closed. Your name stays on the items you created, so the studio can see who did what. If the studio stops using Datum, its data is deleted when its service ends.

Delete other data about you

For anything else Datum holds about you, write to [email protected] with the subject “Datum data deletion” and your studio code. We work it through with the studio within 30 days.
