Delete your account

1. Ask your organization’s account admin to remove you: in the portal, Settings → Team members → Remove. Your access ends and you are signed out straight away.
2. Or write to us at [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Consign.Tech account deletion” and your organization’s name. We confirm with your organization and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your sign-in (email, password and authenticator setup) and active sessions;
• the phones registered to your account, with their notification tokens;
• your notification and app settings.

What we keep

Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires (at least ten years). Support tickets and project records belong to your organization, so they stay with its account, with your name on the messages you wrote. When your organization stops using our services, its data is returned or deleted as its agreement says.

Delete other data about you

For anything else we hold about you, write to [email protected] with the subject “Consign.Tech data deletion”. We reply within 30 days.
