Shamar is published by Consign IT Private Limited (Consign.Tech). Shamar accounts belong to the staff of an organisation that runs its own Shamar instance (a hospital, laboratory, school, church, NGO or company), and are created by that organisation’s administrator. Here is how to have an account, or data about you, deleted.

Work orders, service requests, asset records, approvals and the audit trail are your organisation’s operational and compliance records. They are kept by the organisation for as long as its own retention rules and Indian law require, even after a staff account is deleted. Only your name remains on those records, as the person who raised, approved or completed them.
If you appear in a Shamar instance without an account — for example as the holder of an asset, or as someone who reported an issue through a public intake link — the organisation decides how your details are kept; please ask them first. You can also write to [email protected] with the subject “Shamar data deletion” and the organisation’s name; we pass the request to them and help them act on it within 30 days.
